Our Mission
Female Foundry was started in 2020 in London by Agata Nowicka, a two-time entrepreneur, with the mission of empowering female business founders.
Driven by her own experiences, Agata has been passionate about helping other female founders to draw upon their existing strengths and develop fundraising, business, and leadership skills needed to build successful businesses.
Female Foundry aims to bring together investors and founders and to deliver the practical tools needed to start a business.

Founder Profile
Based out of London, UK, Agata Nowicka,
is a VC and angel investor, and a startup advisor.
Prior to setting up Female Foundry, Agata was
a founder of CushiCush - a consumer goods brand in Hong Kong, and most recently, Pixel - a fintech platform. Additionally, Agata serves as an advisor to several early stage startups focused on the Future of Food, Marketplaces and Fintech.
Agata is an alumnus of INSEAD Business School.
Over the last four years Agata has been
a mentor and speaker at various online workshops, startup competitions and accelerators.
