What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal on online orders. All returns are processed to the original form of payment.

How to return an item?

You can return your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. ​

If you would like to return an item, simply email us at  with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will guide you through a quick process. ​


Please make sure the items you would like to return are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package. ​


Once we've received the returned items, we will promptly check their condition, and start your refund process. In case we are not entirely happy with the condition, we will email you. ​ It normally takes from 3-5 working days from the reception of your parcel for your refund to be processed.


Please note that we can only process refunds to the original form of payment. Please note we cannot offer refunds for customs or any charges other than a product price and the delivery costs.

Can I return an item shipped internationally?

International Returns International returns are accepted, but unfortunately, we are not able to cover return shipping. Just let us know what you'd like to return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at and we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your order.


Also, make sure to keep in mind that Female Foundry is not able to return your Duties and Taxes. Please contact your local customs office for the next steps on how to recover this fee. International exchanges are not supported at this time. However, you can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Please let us know at and we'll get right on it for you. If you have already received the item, let us know and we are happy to offer a price match on a re-order.

Who will pay taxes for international deliveries?

For international shipments outside the UK, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

How long does shipping take?

All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed after being placed. For orders within the UK, shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination and preferred duties and taxes payment method. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

Can I exchange something in my international order?

We don't offer international exchanges right now. However, you can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Please let us know at and we'll get right on it for you.

My tracking number says delivered but I cannot find my package!

Oh no! You can reach out to our support team at and we can assist in filing a lost package claim. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off.
