Venture Capital Analyst

We are currently looking an Analyst to help us with operations and scaling up our platform.
It is a remote work opportunity, 30-45 hrs a week with a possibility to join full-time.
The minimum time commitment for this role is 4 months.
Knowledge of venture capital, startups and founder experience is a big advantage but interest in VC
or startups is essential.
Duties:

Research of interesting investment targets,

Forming relationships with potential partners,

Coordination of workflow,
-
Building awareness of the company brand through social media and content creation,

Collaboration with VC ecosystem partners,
-
Management of databases,
-
Event management.
Work will be fully conducted in English, hence a high level of English (both spoken and written) proficiency is required.

Venture Capital Summer Internship

We are currently looking a summer intern to help us with operations and scaling up our platform.
Position: Venture Capital Research Intern
Duration: 10-12 weeks (full-time) or part-time (15hrs/week)
Location: London, United Kingdom, or Remote.
​
This role is ideal for someone who already understands venture capital terminology and landscape, has an existing VC/startup network and would like to expand it.
​
Responsibilities:

Collecting and synthesising data from various sources, including interviews, surveys, and databases.

Assisting in the preparation of the report, including drafting sections and editing content.
-
Drawing insights from captured data.
-
Relationship building with all stakeholders captured in the report: LPs, VCs, startups, service providers, ecosystems, and partners.

Searching for interesting startups and venture capital funds.
-
Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies.
-
Conducting interviews with selected Venture Capitalists and founders.
-
Providing administrative and project management support to the research team.

Requirements:

Genuine and demonstrated interest in Venture Capital and startups.

Ability to collect and synthesise data from multiple sources.

Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and communication and relationship building skills.

Detail-oriented.

Self-starter.

Hands-on, can-do attitude.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Good level of understanding of the venture capital industry.

Existing network in the European venture community.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience using Airtable.

Proficiency in using research tools and databases to extract and analyse data (e.g. Bloomberg, Crunchbase, PitchBook, etc.).
